Tiropitas are a perfect hors d'oeuvres for any occasion. Ours are light, flaky and buttery with an intense yet delicate filling of cheeses, herbs and spices.

MOUSSAKA
Not a traditional bakery item but this item became a top seller in the last decade after we decided to add it to our menu. Our hearty and warm beef sauce is supported by layers of herbed potatoes, zucchini and eggplant and covered with a light and airy bechamel cream. We strived to make a dish that is warm, filling but never heavy. Our customers would agree that we succeeded. Also available without the layer of beef as a vegetarian option.

PASTITSIO
Another Greek staple that we added that acquired a favorite status. A lattice of imported Greek pasta mixed with our beef sauce and spiced cream. All covered with our cheesy bechamel sauce.

Our most popular product. 40 layers of handmade phyllo alternating with European butter and walnuts. Baked to perfection and soaked in our warm and citrus tinged honey syrup.

Our most popular cookie. Invented in house as a combination of all the methods of making macaroons throughout the Mediterranean. A dense chocolate and walnut cookie that baked for a crisp outer layer and filled with a dense, chocolate ganache. It's also gluten free.
